Notice is hereby given to existing Server Hosting Customers that MWEB Business has decided to amend the Server Hosting Product Terms by:

• amending the name ASP Software name and replacing it with SPLA Software; and
• amending the provisions of clause 5.6.3 of the Server Hosting Product Terms to allow MWEB Business to remove the SPLA Software from Customer Server upon termination of the Server Hosting Product Terms failing which Customer shall remain liable to MWEB Business and/or Microsoft for the illegal and/or unauthorized use of the SPLA Software.

The above-mentioned amendment will automatically apply to all existing Customers with effect from 01 September 2009.

This amendment will amend your Agreement with MWEB Business from the abovementioned date.

The amended Product Terms can be viewed at Server Hosting. You are hereby advised to peruse the amended Product Terms to enable you to understand the effect this amendment has to your Agreement with MWEB Business.
